π¦ How long does it take to ship my order?
Every order is handmade and packed just for you! Because of that, please allow 2β5 business days for your slime to be prepped, packed, and totally perfect before shipping. We promise it's worth the wait π
π Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of slime and hygiene concerns, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
However, if your package arrives damaged or something went wrong in transit, please reach out! Weβll help you submit a claim with the shipping carrier and do everything we can to make it right. If a refund is approved, it will be issued as store credit only.
β Can I cancel my order?
Yes! We totally get it, life happens, and sometimes your cart gets ahead of you.
If you need to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your slime may already be in production and canβt be canceled.
We always try to accommodate when we can, so donβt hesitate to message us ASAP!
